2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 26.03.2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13565 of 2014 in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
