It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the case of petitioner was pending for supply of police paper but he did not appear before the trial court resulting cancellation of his bail bonds on 01.11.2012. Moreover, petitioner was again remanded in this case on 17.08.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st cum Sub-Judge 1st, Purnea in
