It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been made accused in Muffasil (Singhaul O.P) P.S.Case No.265 of 2016 for the offence under Section 304B, 201/34 IPC and he is 'Dewar' of the deceased. It has also been submitted that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody since 26.9.2016. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S.Case No.265 of 2016.
