The petitioner is accused in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016, registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the daughter of the informant used to reside at her Myaka in connection with education of her children as her husband used to reside at Doha Katar (Gulf) for his livelihood and on 29.02.2016, petitioner enticed away the married daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of the informant was a married woman and she used to reside at her Myaka as her husband was living in Doha

No.3243 of 2017 (2) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 Katar and she fall in love with this petitioner and moved from her house according to her sweet will and stayed at Delhi about two and half months and thereafter she returned to her house and due to pressure of her family members she gave statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. regarding her kidnapping by this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S.
