JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he as well as some others were caught from a vehicle. No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of near about five cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Vikas Kumar as well as Krishna Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 12.12.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37294 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaran in connection with Session trial no. 198 of 2016 arising out or Sasaram ( T) P.S.Case No. 1402 of 2015.
