JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Heard Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Vijay Kumar, learned Advocate for the informant. The State is represented by Mr. Anuj Kumar Srivastava, learned APP.

This Court had called for a report about the stage of the case vide order dated 28.07.2021. The report which has been received indicates that out of 14 chargesheeted witnesses, 11 witnesses have by now been examined. Processes have been issued for compelling the attendance of the other witnesses. The court below has expressed hope that the trial shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15641 of 2021(4) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 positively be concluded within four months from the next date which was 23.09.2021.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid time frame assured by the court below, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the time frame fixed by himself. Should it not happen, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again.
