Patna High Court CWJC No.7684 of 2021(3) dt.02-07-2021 2/2 the merit list and also for quashing the comment made in Abhiyukti column of the merit list dated 04/11/19.

(ii) For also to direct the respondents not to disqualify the petitioner on the basis of earlier order of the District Program Officer, I.C.D.S. Darbhanga passed vide Memo No. 1100 dated 29/05/2019 in earlier selection process, which was later on cancelled.

(iii) For quashing the memo No. 1100 dated 29/05/2019."

On 21.05.2021, we had passed the following order: "No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. On earlier occasion also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

List this matter on 02.07.2021."

Even today, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
