2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 202/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 326A, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one unknown dead body was recovered and two persons were seen in the CCTV footage throwing the dead body. During investigation, coaccused Amit Kumar confessed his guilt that he has tried to rape the victim girl and killed her and thereafter took the help of the petitioner for disposing the body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 202/2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial either by personally in the trial court on each and every date fixed for hearing.
