2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(B)(ii) C of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 127.5 kg of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner has argued this case vehemently but in the case of recovery of commercial quantity of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
