2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to be involved in the brutal killing of the deceased. During investigation, it has come that the petitioners had caught hold of the deceased and thereafter, one Sachin had killed him. The petitioners are in custody since 21.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the weapon by which the deceased was murdered, has been recovered from Sachin who has given the self inculpatory statement.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available against the petitioners of having participated in the brutal murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
