JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner is the husband and apprehends arrest in Chainpur P.S. Case No.205 of 2014 instituted under Sections-498 A, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code by his estranged wife who is represented in this Court and has been heard. It appears that the marriage has been solemnized in the year 2004 and this first information report has been lodged in the year 2014 i.e. after 10 years. The informant is the second wife. After the death of first wife, she has already born three children and was pregnant at that time. It appears that she wanted all the properties to be transferred in her name but the petitioner was not agreed to.
Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Muslim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17808 of 2015 (02) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 Ansari alias Aslim Ansari, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.
