The petitioner has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with a case registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner who happens to be the husband of the deceased was rejected vide order dated 1.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15110 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019. There is no chance of the trial concluding in the near future.

Heard learned APP for the State.

As per the report called for from the learned Court below contained in letter dated 5.8.2021 of the Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14767 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 District and Sessions Judge 1st, Kishanganj, charge has been framed on 5.1.2021 and 5 witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner together with the progress in the trial, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
