The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and one Rajnish Kumar by means of farsa and iron rod respectively, due to which

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. Both parties are agnates and in the background of land dispute, the name of petitioners has been dragged in the present case with false and concocted allegations. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 03.06.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten
