Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 28.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44759/2015 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bairagania P.S. case no. 32/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
