The petitioner is accused in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.05.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62573 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Birpur, Supaul, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018.
