JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2021 This case has been heard on priority on the ground that it was filed in the year 2020 but for some reason or the other, it could not be taken up till-date. On 20.09.2021, this Court had directed for listing of this case today. Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11351 of 2021(3) dt.04-10-2021 2/3 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, dated 05.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation in the F.I.R. is that many of the Panchayat Teachers who were so appointed had furnished fake academic and birth certificates. The petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Mitra and was later upgraded to the status of Panchayat Teacher. In her certificate, her date of birth is stated to be 05.12.1981 but in other documents, the date of birth of the petitioner is stated to be 05.02.1981.
Mr. Sharma submits that there could be an inadvertent mistake somewhere as in some of the documents about which reference has been made in the petition about the date of birth of the petitioner being 05.12.1981 in place of 05.02.1981.
Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or

No.11351 of 2021(3) dt.04-10-2021 3/3 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
