This application for regular bail arises out of Sursand P.S. Case No. 326 of 2018, disclosing the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

I find that learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is in possession of the case diary, which the petitioner has apparently obtained by adopting illegal means. This is clear indication of the fact that the petitioner is attempting to interfere with the investigation and influencing investigation.

In such circumstance, I am not inclined to consider petitioner's case for grant of regular bail. This application is rejected on the sole ground that the petitioner is influencing
