2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30 (a) 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018-22

3. The prosecution case in brief is that 462.96 liters of illicit foreign wine were recovered from the pick up van bearing registration no. JH17Y-6612.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and all the allegation levelled against the petitioner is wrong, false and fabricated.

5. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of
