The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 447, 147, 149, 307 of the IPC and 27 of Arms Act. 3.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other coaccused persons brutally assaulted the informant and his cousin brother by means of several weapons due to which they sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58300 of 2024(7) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 due to enmity. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the specific allegation is against the co-accused Manikant Kumar to cause grievous injury upon the injured person and he has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9535 of 2024.The petitioner has three criminal antecedent and has been rotting in judicial custody since 25.06.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.325 of 2022.
