The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order contained in Letter No. 14 dated 04.09.2014 issued by the Panchayat Secretary, whereunder and whereby the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Panchayat Teacher NPS Kumhar Tol Virit (Madhwapaur) and further for a direction to reinstate the petitioner from the post alongwith the entire consequential benefits."
Patna High Court CWJC No.19510 of 2014 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
