Counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the State.
It appears from perusal of the record that claim of the petitioner is that his land was acquired by the State through Land Acquisition Case No. 50/62 in the year 1954-55/ 1959-60 but compensation amount was not paid to him.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.14950 of 2014 (4) dt.07-11-2017 2/2 disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Begusarai within three months from today by filing written representation and if petitioner does so, the respondent no. 3 (District Magistrate, Begusarai) shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within six months from the date of its filing.
