Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.08.2016 in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown criminals robbed the informant.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Sahani.

Submission of the petitioner is that since old enmity is there with Rajesh Sahani, he has named the petitioner. Moreover, it appears that co-accused Baua Sahani and Birju Sahani whose name appeared in the confessional statement of coaccused Rajesh Sahani were already allowed bail by the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51799 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur and allegation against the petitioner is of similar footing.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016.
