The issue of Shiksha Mitra is now no more res integra. The Full Bench of this Court in the case Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665 has held out that Shiksha Mitra is now a close chapter. In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the writ application.
