Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52998 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51093 of 2019(3) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019.
