Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 361 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the post retiral dues has been paid by the petitioner to the informant as contained in Annexure-3 series. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
