JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 03.05.2010, passed in case No. 408/27.02.2009 by the District Teacher's Appointment Appellate Authority, Banka which is under challenge, in this writ application.
