JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-12-2017 Pursuant to the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.4.2011, passed in MJC No. 823 of 2010 (Annexure 7) there is no occasion for this Court to issue fresh direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Operative portion of the said order reads as follows:- The petitioner, if so advised, may represent for the original relief of promotion for which he had earlier approached the Court, but ended up with termination." No representation has been filed pursuant thereto.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file his representation to avail the liberty granted by Annexure 7. In case, the petitioner files a representation within a period of two weeks from today, respondents would be obliged to dispose of the same in accordance with law as early as possible and in no case later than two months from the date of receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order.
