The petitioner Parshuram Chaudhary wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 05.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5712 of 2016 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2015 and as per direction the trial has not been concluded within six months and the petitioner was given liberty to renew prayer for bail. The learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner is order giver as well as he opened fire upon the father of the informant. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, now the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

No. 3762 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
