The petitioners are accused in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

The accusation is that both petitioners accompanied to Ravi Kumar, aged about 22 years, in November, 2014 for doing the job out side. After passing over some time, when the informant quarries about his son then both petitioners did not give reply. After passing few months, the informant asked the petitioners about his son then both petitioners replied that they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62289 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 had sold his son on taking cash of Rs.10,00,000/- to Contractor Manish Kumar and both petitioners also told her that only after paying of Rs.10,00,000/- her son will come.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that at the time of moving from house age of son of the informant was 22 years, in fact, Ravi Kumar, son of the informant, left the house for doing the job out side and he did not return but mere on suspicion, the informant has lodged the present case after four years. Further submission is that both the petitioners are in custody since 03.05.2018 and the charge sheet has already been submitted against them and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-Ist, Biharsharif, in connection with Hilsa P.S.
