JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 13.01.2012, passed in Case No.HC-112/2010 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali, Hajipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
