Case No. 24 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) (XV) of S.C./S.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of this Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan wherein he has noticed that after investigation Police submitted final report finding that the dispute was merely to harass the petitioners and was not a genuine or bona fide dispute.
