For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Yashraj Bardhan For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. L.K.Sharma(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Mashrakh Police Station (PS) Case No 22 of 2015 instituted under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of Price Chips and Money Circulation Schemes Banning Act and Section 3 of Bihar Protection of interest Deposit Act and pending before Judicial Magistrate (JM), 01st Class, Saran at Chapra. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, I allow the prayer for bail till submission of chargesheet upon petitioners fully cooperating with the investigating agency and on their surrendering before the Court below, they shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17920 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 satisfaction of JM, 01st Class, Saran at Chapra in Mashrakh PS Case No 22 of 2015 dated 02.02.2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code which order would be subject to chargesheet being filed. Considering the nature of allegations, State would consider it appropriate to hand over the investigation to Economic Offences Wing for proper investigation.
Let a copy of this order be immediately sent to the Director General of Police, Bihar.
