The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon order dated 16.11.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
