1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Nitesh Kumar. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
