The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier considering the entire facts of the case. No new ground has been mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner for renewing the prayer for bail. His only prayer is that he has clean antecedent, therefore he should be granted bail.

When the petitioner is involved in sale and purchase of illegal arms which is the first stage of committing crime, this Court will not grant him bail.

Considering the period of custody, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of this case within six months of
