Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
FIR name accused Bilash Yadav was caught with stolen motorcycle just after the alleged occurrence and disclosed the name of his associates including the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since2408-2016 and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused Bilash Yadav and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46750 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gwalpara (Arrar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura.
