The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 354, 379, 380, 307, 386, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced copies of the orders dated 07.08.2018 and 17.09.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43541 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 40138 of 2018 respectively, to contend that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been granted regular/ anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be

Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S.Case No. 204 of 2018.
