Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2016 in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, on 01.08.2016 at 7.30 A.M., three miscreants looted away PULSER motorcycle being registration No. BR50-B-6166 on the point of country made fire arm Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor anything incriminating has been recovered from this possession. The petitioner is in custody for the last four months.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
