The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No 91/2016, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 592/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter.

It is submitted that the victim also made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that the petitioner took her to a field but again she was dropped to Kali Maasthan. The victim stated that her grand mother asked her to disclose the name of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48229 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2016, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge X, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 91/2016, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 592/2016.
