2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.91 of 2024 arising out of Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No.245 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Paragraph 2 of bail application clearly states that the petitioner had earlier preferred an application vide Cr. Misc. No.79038 of 2023, which was rejected on 15.01.2024 on merit by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. This is second regular bail application in which no fresh ground has been found in this case.

4. Considering this aspect of the matter, I am not
