Considering the period of abscondence since 2004, for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.09.2016 though for the intervening period, as is evident from the submission having been made on behalf of petitioner that he remained under custody from 30.09.2007 to 21.01.2016 in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.8 of 2007, petitioner Saidur Rahman @ Md. Saidur is directed to be released on bail on deposit of rupees twenty five thousand as cash surety subject to condition that in case of default henceforth the aforesaid amount will be forfeited otherwise the amount will be returned back to the petitioner after conclusion of the trial relating to Kasba P.S. Case No.171/2002 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
