The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P.Kiul P.S. Case No.160 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 414 of I.P.C.
Accusation is that the informant being the A.S.I. of G.R.P. received information that at Barhaia Railway Station 2 - 3 persons were sitting in suspicious condition in between Platform No.2 and 3. Thereafter when he along with other police personnel reached between Platform No.2 -3, on seeing them three persons started to flee but out of whom one person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Anil Sao and on search he was found in possession of a purse containing Rs.455/- , 4-5 Adhar Cards including one of Anil Sao, Blade, one scissor, one Mobile etc. and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62372 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 two persons succeeded in fleeing away.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been apprehended by the informant on mere suspicion and he is in custody since 04.08.2018 . Though he is accused in one more G.R.P.Case No.113/18 but he is on bail. Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Kiul, in G.R.P.Kiul P.S. Case No.160/18.
