In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.165 of 2015 (G.R. No.1607 of 2015), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that under the conspiracy all the accused persons have made an attack on the informant and his other relatives. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has caused injury on the head of the brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there

He further submits that in fact, the informant and his other relatives have entered into the house of the petitioner and tried to outrage the modesty of the female member of the house, which led to cause a dispute. He also submits that the nature of injury is not grievous in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Nagendra Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Mazaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.165 of 2015 (G.R. No.1607 of 2015).
