The petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 146/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 37(b) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant is cousin aunt of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2018. It is alleged against this petitioner that he entered into room of informant and molested her and also snatched Rs. 5,000/-. It is further submitted that just prior to lodging of case, there was altercation between the parties with regard to land dispute and out of that grievance, the instant case has been lodged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62129 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 146/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
