Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That the present application is being filed issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and or order/orders and or direction/directions commanding the respondents to restore the licence no. 106/2016 of fair price shop in the Panchayat Gahiri in Nautan Prakhand P.S. Nautan of Bettiah, Sadar District West Champaran. The respondents be further directed to quashed the order of Sub-Divisional magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, he has concerned the licence of the petitioner vide his order dated 1289 dated 12.10.2019. It is further prayed that the entire proceeding contained in PDS Appeal No. 418 of 2019-2020 be also quashed in the ground of its pendency indefinite period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.18419 of 2021 dt.10-02-2022 2/2 petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondent no. 2 Collector, East Champaran, to pass order on the appeal being PDS Appeal No. 418 of 2019-2020 filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent no. 2 the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within 2 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order passed by this Court.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
