2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No.243 of 2023 under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation of killing of daughter of the informant by poisoning.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is a mother-in-law of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58774 of 2024(3) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 the deceased and living separately and having no concern with the family affairs of his son.
5. Learned Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there is one criminal case pending which is also of section 304B of the I.P.C.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean. He submits that there is allegation of demand of dowry against her.
7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
