Petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 50 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63196 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IISpecial Jusdge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.155 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
