Petitioner seeks bail in Charapokhari P.S. Case No.257 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 120-B/34, 302, 201 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Kamta @ Jhulan Mushar came at the house of the informant and went with husband of the informant, namely, Sanjay Yadav for working in field. Husband of the informant did not return. The informant started searching her husband. During search, she got information that Dasarath Paswan and Kariya Sah along with 45 unknown persons have kidnapped her husband. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Dasarath Paswan.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50217 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused, Bihari Ram, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 04.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19274 of 2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charapokhari P.S. Case No.257 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
