2. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the respondent to consider and grant 1st ACP and 2nd Modified Carrier Progression (herein after referred as to M.A.C.P.) in pay Band PB-3(15,600-39100) with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- and Rs. 7600 in favour of petitioner w.e.f. in January 2007 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.3639 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 January 2017 respectively which is due while the petitioner is going to retire on 31.12.2020. (ii) Any other relief(s) for which petitioner is found entitled for interest and arrear with cost."

4. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has submitted representation on 16.05.2018 (Annexure-P/7). The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation.

5. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation by passing speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
