JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that accused persons entered into the house of informant and tried to commit loot. On protest being made Ravi Shankar Kumar assaulted the informant with butt of pistol. Petitioner No.1 assaulted Santu Kumar by means of iron rod. Accused Pramod Singh and Sudhir Singh assaulted Sintu Kumar by means of Lathi and Danda. Petitioner No.2 assaulted Anil Singh with Khanti. Accused Ravi Shankar Kumar took away Rs. 2 lacs from the box of informant.

No.28364 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that except only one injury on Anil Kumar all the injuries are found to be simple and in the background of petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement is made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Kajara P.S. case No. 18/2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Lakhisarai.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/ direction.
